EXECUTIVE COACHING
Customized, actionable, measurable and sustainable individual coaching with a goal of reaching personal potential, increasing leadership effectiveness, and improving business results. Engagements generally are from 6-12 months and consist of one-to-one coaching, 2-3 times a month either in person, via telephone, or video calls using a five phase coaching methodology.
- High Potential Coaching: to develop the next generation of leaders and retain the high potentials in the organization. Focusing on the attributes needed for leaders today: authenticity, honesty, clear and open communication, collaboration, self-awareness, empathy, innovation and decision-making.
- Assimilation Coaching: for the newly promoted internal or external executive. Coaching assists the leader to integrate quickly into the new position and organization providing support in gaining an understanding of the culture, relationships and expectations of the new role.
- Strategic Executive Coaching: to elevate the capacity and hone the skills of current executives. Partnering to increase the ability to inspire, set strategic vision, increase collaboration, and achieve results.
Five Phase Coaching Process
- Gathering information to identify an individual’s strengths and opportunities.
- Interviews with key stakeholders
- 360 Leadership Survey
- Individual Assessment
- Determine desired outcomes with the individual and sponsor(s)
- Create a strategic action plan targeting specific behaviors with measurable results tied to business objectives
- On-going coaching facilitating behavior shifts, identifying potential derailers, and exploring solutions
- A plan for sustained behavior change at completion of the engagement with a review of measured results
